In four, 3-hour group sessions, you and your birth partner will become educated & prepared for birth. You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic & mindset.


You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work. You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal postpartum plan.You and your partner will role play various labor and delivery scenarios, learn movement and comfort techniques that work for you as a pair, and integrate your favorite relaxation tools into your pregnancy training.
